La recette de la crêpe au Vairon,

Ingrédients :

 

  • - 2 petites heures à perdre à l’ombre d’un vieux saule.

  • - Un petit massif de Rhododendron au bord de l'eau

  • - Quelques fougères

  • - Une branche bien au-dessus de l’eau

  • - Quelques rayons de soleil mais pas trop.

  • - Un martin, ou une martine c’est selon.

  • - Deux trois vairons distraits.

 

Commencer par faire mijoter à feu doux les 2 petites heures

Rajouter les Rhododendrons et les  fougères par-dessus pour camoufler

Faites revenir plusieurs fois des deux côtés le Martin et la Martine

Filtrer les quelques rayons de soleil sur la branche à point

Posez le Martin dessus et  assaisonnées les Vairons.

Laissez piquer le vairon par la Martine

 

Deux trois claques sur la branche, bien retourner le vairon entre chaque claque .

 

La crêpe est prête .  Bon appétit !
